CIVIL PROCESS - PRE AND POST JUDGMENT WRITS
Students are encouraged to bring their laptops to these classes.

Course content: The course is designed to make the students aware of the civil documents issued by the courts, their purpose, how they are served or executed. The students will see real documents. They will calculate judgments, make demand for payment and determine what property may be seized. The students will learn the sale procedures for real and personal property. The students will learn how the writs are executed in cases where Manufactured housing is the property in question.
